This is a rhyming bedtime book made for snuggly Atlantic nights. It’s inspired by tuck in time along the St John River. The illustrations are hand painted by my talented cousin, Elisa Rudtledge- another East Coaster, from Pictou, NS.
The bays and rivers are growing quiet.
Little one, it’s time to go to bed.
Then sun tucks under the hills and pine trees
and fills the sky with orange and red.
